Vision 2025 and Beyond

To the SITAL College Community:

I am pleased to announce that our Vision 2025 and Beyond has been approved by the Board of Directors.

2024 has been an important year for us. In some ways, it signifies the end of an era, which more probably began in 2019 when we prepared a new strategic plan for our College. With the arrival of Covid-19, we suddenly had to transition to a new business model and ways of delivering education, while staying focused on the transformation we had envisioned at the end of 2018. We embraced the opportunities presented by this disruption, and since then, each year's accomplishments have brought us closer to where we want to be.

We can now comfortably speak about the end of an era and present a fresh perspective of a new vision. We are excited about this new journey as it represents much of what we have focused on these past years. Our new north star will guide our priorities, actions and relationships; and I am confident that this will positively impact our staff and students and sustain our college for many years to come.

We look forward to new accomplishments and greater success for our entire College community in 2025 and beyond!
