My decision to embark on my MBA at SITAL College was an easy decision as constant communication with the staff at SITAL especially Ms. Marcia Murphy, along with stellar reviews from past students made the institution my perfect fit. From my introductory sessions I, along with my fellow classmates, were constantly assured that staff support as well as student support is readily available.
My MBA journey has been an incredible and transformative experience that has shaped both my personal and professional life. It all began with a deep introspection into my career goals and aspirations, which led me to the decision to pursue an MBA. Choosing the Hospital and Health Services Management program aligned perfectly with my present career and its advancement, as well as my passion in the medical field.
The academic phase was rigorous but intellectually stimulating which allowed me to delve deep into my chosen specialization and core component courses related to strategy and management which not only honed my leadership skills but also introduced me to a new perspective of management which further expanded my professional knowledge. Throughout my MBA journey, personal development was a top priority as the program presented numerous avenues for personal and career development. Real-time simulation was an interesting aspect of the program in which I had the opportunity to work closely with my classmates and gain hands-on experience in building and managing a business from the ground up.
In conclusion, my experience on my MBA journey was a worthwhile investment which was made possible by the team at SITAL College, its competent and knowledgeable lecturers and its supportive staff.
