Programme Overview
Investigation is a core duty included into roles of managers and supervisors in any organization. This professional workshop will help to develop the skills of the interviewer, ensuring that interviews are conducted professionally and with quality assurance toward achieving the full benefits of the interview. The ability to interview is only complete when effective reporting of data collected is collated in a cognitive manner, thereby adding value to the investigation.
This course consists of a blended learning concept that includes both theory and role-play exercises that will benefit both the participant and observer. It includes cognitive interviewing and conversation management techniques, including skills development in questioning and active listening.
