SITAL College has partnered with ABMA to offer 3 levels of these accredited qualifications – Diploma levels 4, 5 and 6. Ideal for persons at different stages in their careers – from high school leavers and entry-level healthcare employees to hospital administrators and managers to nurses and hospital technicians. The Diplomas will also benefit public servants and other professionals working in healthcare policy-making and in a variety of governmental and non-governmental roles; and persons seeking/already employed in public or private hospitals, clinics and doctors’ practices.

  • Students can study for 1 to 3 modules per semester.
  • As an introductory offer, fees are reduced by 20% and students will receive $2000 worth in additional online courses free.
  • Pay in easy monthly installments.
  • Affordable payment plan can be arranged to suit the individual student’s budget.

Duration & Schedule

  • Level 4 Diploma comprises 5 units that can be completed in 8 months (2 semesters). Levels 5 and 6 can be completed in 9-12 months based on the number of modules students select per semester.
  • Classes are conducted on evenings and Saturdays, and students can choose to study between 1-3 modules a semester.

To process your registration, you must provide:

  • A copy of a form of identification – ID card, Passport or Driver’s Permit
  • Original certificates and 1 copy of each
  • A detailed résumé and/or job letter (where applicable)

Diploma 4

Learners should already be in possession of a level 3 qualification or equivalent and CSEC Maths and English.
OR
Work experience for a minimum of one year within a job in the health sector. Examples of evidence that ABMA will accept include:

  • Employer references detailing the learner’s duties and responsibilities
  • Certificates of training/courses

Learners are encouraged to submit to ABMA Education details of all types of training that they have obtained.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Diploma 5

A new learner applying to study the ABMA Level 5 Diploma will be expected to have attained one of the following:

  • An ABMA Level 4 Diploma

OR
A minimum of two years relevant work experience and working in a field related to public health. Examples of evidence that ABMA Education will accept include:

  • Employer references detailing the learner’s duties and responsibilities
  • Certificates of training/courses

Diploma 6

A new learner applying to study the ABMA Level 6 Diploma will be expected to have attained one of the following:

  • An ABMA Level 5 Diploma
  • A Higher National Diploma (HND)
  • A national or international qualification equivalent to the above

OR
A minimum of four years work experience in public health. Examples of evidence that ABMA Education will ассеpt include:

  • Employer references detailing the learner’s duties and responsibilities
  • Certificates of training/courses
