Skills that will enable you to get the right job with an effective résumé and practical interview skills. Gain tools that every employer is looking for, and gain the right work ethic that will make you a valued employee.  and communication within the work environment that provides work success.

    • Interviews – a practical approach
    • Business Writing; letter writing; emails etc.
    • Career Guidance
    • Effective Communication – build good communication skills
    • Telephone courtesy – being effective on the phone

    Certification: Certificate of Participation
    This is an Open Entry Programme . Students do not need any prior qualifications or experience to do this course.
