Programme Overview
This workshop will assist individuals in the manufacturing industry to build their skills in logistics and warehousing to enable them to work efficiently in the execution of their roles. In any manufacturing industry, warehouse and inventory control is a key aspect that supports the operations of the business. Participants will develop the competencies in the warehousing, inventory and logistics functions of the organization. This programme although classroom based, also involves role plays and exercises to ensure that material learned can be used in practice, ensuring that participants are better equipped to meet both customer and organisational requirements.
