The Programme Induction is the culmination of months of engagement as MBA prospective students officially become members of the SITAL College family. At this session, the new students are welcomed by our Executive Director, the Postgraduate Team, a Tutor and students as they each have a special message crafted to mold students’ expectations for the academic journey ahead. The trajectory of their MBA experience is clearly outlined so that students are aware of the institution’s commitment to support, and their individual role and responsibility in their achievement. This is further cemented with critical academic and administrative guidelines which will serve the students from inception to graduation.
