I enjoyed the lectures and group activities the most because they allowed for different perspectives and interacting with many other professionals from various sectors. Networking and brainstorming helped me to advance in my career as I was exposed to trends at the international level, which prior to doing my MBA, I could never have imagined impacting T&T. After completing my MBA I was motivated to seek leadership roles, involving myself at the strategic level, having now understood the importance HR in strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n

I appreciated various tools like game simulations and case studies that were used improve our understanding to the topics. I really liked that the lecturers made themselves available via email and WhatsApp to guide me through assignments and research topics.<\/p>\n

Kelly and Gina were my go-to; they were always available and ready to assist, and I appreciated that they always followed up to make sure that my issues or concerns were addressed.<\/p>\n
